1. Voluntary 14-day refund
You may request a refund of your first paid Sina subscription within 14 calendar days after purchase. Email info@ahura.cloud from the account email and include the order or transaction reference. We may ask enough information to locate and secure the purchase.
2. Renewals and usage purchases
Cancel a subscription before its renewal date to stop the next charge. A renewal already processed is normally non-refundable after the voluntary 14-day window unless law requires otherwise, the charge is duplicated or unauthorised, or the paid service was materially unavailable. Unused service-measurement units are not cash and are not independently redeemable, but mandatory rights and any remedy for a defective digital service remain unaffected.
3. EU/EEA withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer entering a distance contract, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting on the contract date. To exercise it, send a clear statement to Ali Talebpoor Amirhandeh trading as Ahura, Warnstedtstraße 57k, 22525 Hamburg, Germany, or info@ahura.cloud. A model form is available in our Withdrawal Information. Where you expressly ask us to begin a digital service during the withdrawal period, the consequences required by law will be explained and recorded at checkout.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go to the original payment method through the payment processor identified on your receipt. We do not charge a refund fee. We aim to decide complete requests within five business days; bank or card settlement can take longer. If a merchant of record processes the transaction, its receipt and support flow may also be used.
5. Billing errors and support
For a duplicate charge, suspected fraud, cancellation problem or service outage, contact info@ahura.cloud so we can investigate promptly. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
