Sina is an information and educational AI tool for clinicians and is not a medical device and not a substitute for diagnosis, examination, or a physician's clinical judgment. Outputs may be wrong; responsibility for any clinical decision rests solely with the qualified professional.

1. Provider

2. Service

Sina provides AI-assisted medical information, source search, structured reports and multi-model comparison. The feature set may evolve; continuous availability is not guaranteed.

3. Account & use

Use requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Misuse, reverse engineering and unlawful content are prohibited.

4. Ahura & payment

"Ahura" is an in-service consumption unit (not redeemable or transferable). Paid packages are shown before purchase. Payments are processed via [Stripe].

5. Liability

Sina is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Sina is not liable for damages arising from sole reliance on AI outputs (see the medical notice above).

6. Privacy

Data is processed per our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product.
