• Account data: name, email or login id, Ahura balance, transactions.
• Content: your messages, uploaded files/images, chat history and responses.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device, timestamps, error logs.
• Medical content: if you enter cases, please avoid directly identifying patient data where possible (pseudonymise).

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, ensure security and prevent abuse, and process payments. We do not sell your data.

3. AI processing

To generate answers, inputs are sent to model providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) solely to deliver the service.

4. Retention & deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You can delete chats at any time.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data. Requests via Contact or [support email].

6. Cookies

Sina uses strictly necessary local storage (e.g. language, session). Non-essential/analytics cookies load only with your consent (cookie banner).
