Right of Withdrawal

For consumers, the following statutory right of withdrawal applies to contracts concluded online.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (digital content / services)

The right of withdrawal expires early for a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, or for services, if:

• you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

This consent is actively obtained when purchasing a paid plan or tokens (checkbox).
