Your right
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an online service contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts on the date the contract is concluded. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.

Effects
If you validly withdraw, we reimburse payments covered by the withdrawal without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. If, at your express request, service began during the withdrawal period, the proportion already supplied may be payable where the law permits.
